Contextual Information This is a field-based role, offering a diverse and engaging working environment across various client sites throughout the UK. As a Surveyor/Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting Management, Refurbishment, Demolition, and Re-inspection surveys, performing analytical testing, and providing clients with clear, accurate, and compliant reporting. You'll work as part of a skilled team of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in asbestos management and analysis.,
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, Demolition, and Re-inspection Asbestos Surveys in accordance with current regulations.
* Perform four-stage clearances following asbestos removal works.
* Carry out air monitoring including background, smoke, leak, personal, and reassurance testing.
* Collect and record accurate on-site data, including photographs and survey notes.
* Produce comprehensive technical reports that communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
* Maintain and update reference materials, including ACOPs and relevant guidance documentation.
* Liaise professionally with clients to discuss results and provide informed recommendations.
* Meet agreed deadlines and work to high technical and professional standards.
We're seeking motivated and skilled Surveyor/Analysts who take pride in accuracy, safety, and professional standards.

* Collaborative - You work well as part of a team and are committed to delivering excellence together, Minimum 2 years' experience working within a UKAS-accredited organisation.
* Qualified to BOHS P402, P403, and P404 standards (or RSPH equivalents).
* Demonstrable experience conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring activities.
* Experience performing clearance testing in line with UKAS and HSE requirements.
* Familiarity with ACOPs, UKAS standards, and relevant asbestos legislation.
* Excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
* Ability and willingness to travel and work across multiple sites within the UK.
