Role: Branch Assistant
Location: St Albans, AL2
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Duties of a Branch Assistant:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse and trade counter
• Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and in person
• Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter
• Handling product returns and ensuring all systems and records are updated correctly
• Assisting with general warehouse duties including stock handling and organisation
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
What we would like from you:
• Experience working within a trade counter environment (ideally electrical wholesale or security distribution)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic administration skills
• Full UK driving licence (required for occasional delivery cover)
