Nursery Room Leader - Toddler Room – Up to £33,000 Our client, a warm and welcoming early years setting, is on the lookout for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner ready to take the next step in their career in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment. The Nursery Room Leader will take ownership of the day-to-day running of a designated room, leading by example and creating a stimulating, safe and caring environment for children. The role involves working closely with a supportive leadership team and other educators to ensure each child’s learning and development needs are met. What We’re Looking For: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above). Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential. Confidence in leading a small team and supporting staff development. Plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are always adhered to. Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Monitor children’s progress and contribute to developmental records.
