The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position ideal for a chef who enjoys both savoury and pastry work.
You will:
* Run your own section during service
* Support dessert and pastry production including breads and sweet elements
* Work across sauce, larder and garnish as required
* Maintain strong mise en place and section organisation
* Deliver consistent Rosette-level presentation
* Uphold food safety and kitchen compliance standards

* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
* Background in quality fresh-food kitchens (Rosette experience desirable)
