Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support production and drive equipment performance.
The Role
Youll provide hands-on maintenance support across automated and manual equipment, ensuring reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Fast breakdown response and fault finding
* Improve equipment reliability and KPIs (MTBF / MTTR)
* Support CI and downtime reduction projects
* Maintain ISO-compliant records and systems
* Support and develop technicians
* Analyse performance data and drive improvements
The Candidate
* Experience in manufacturing maintenance engineering
* Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills
* Experience with breakdowns and PPM systems
* Knowledge of KPIs and continuous improvement
* Strong communication xsngvjr and teamwork skills
