Candidates MUST HAVE demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing with the ability to set, condition and optimise injection moulding machines

The successful Injection Moulding Technician will be responsible for all tool changes as and when required to set up machines to run new products within a specific timeframe
As Injection Moulding Technician you will be accountable for setting up injection moulding machinery to first off standard, ensuring use of set process.
In the role of Injection Moulding Technician, you will monitor injection moulding process to include condition setting, ensuring product quality and reliability.
Ensure the quality department are made aware of any injection moulding issues and all non-conforming plastic products are quarantined.
Conduct detailed daily handovers between shifts.
Industry recognised injection moulding qualification
Experience with Romi machines and Sepro robots an advantage
Demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing
