We are working with a leading national law firm based in Belfast, who are seeking an Associate to join their growing Commercial Real Estate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic Real Estate team, advising on a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord and tenant matters.
The Associate will play a key role in representing a diverse portfolio of clients on a range of real estate matters. The candidate will also show a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
* 4+ years’ PQE;
* Strong background in commercial real estate. Background in residential development and commercial leasing highly desirable;
* Strong academics;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Technically excellent;
* Excellent negotiation skills;
* Experience mentoring more junior members of staff ;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
* Ability to manage a busy caseload of work.
