What you’ll be doing
As our Assistant Reception Manager, you may be the first or last person guests interact with. Your customer‑service skills are essential as you shape their arrival experience, assist with check‑in, and ensure a positive departure. You’ll also work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, answer incoming calls, allocate rooms, and handle guest billing. Excellent computer skills are required to manage front‑office systems efficiently.
What you’ll need
* Genuine and warm approach with outstanding people skills
* Leadership capable of supporting the front‑office team for a seamless guest experience
* Experience in training, coaching, and supporting team members
* Previous management experience is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and IT savvy to ensure accuracy in room allocation and billing
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a can‑do attitude
* Passion for great customer service and exceptional people skills (previous experience preferred but not essential)
