The Role
This highly experienced team handles a broad range of complex property finance matters across the UK, advising a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, funds, developers, and investors. The team regularly works on both lender and borrower-side transactions and is known for its deep industry knowledge and commercial insight.
You’ll be joining a practice that manages a high volume of secured lending transactions on behalf of a major UK banking client, as well as acting on wider financing issues across the property sector.
As part of this specialist team, you’ll:
* Manage your own caseload of real estate finance matters with appropriate guidance and supervision.
* Support on more complex transactions alongside senior colleagues.
* Contribute to client development and wider marketing initiatives.
* Deliver a high level of client service across a range of secured lending matters.
About You
We are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (up to 3 years PQE). A solid grounding in secured lending or property finance is desirable but not essential, provided you have strong technical skills and commercial property experience.
This position would suit someone who is proactive, client-focused, and keen to grow their expertise within a specialist team.
