With experience from the NHS or private care, you will support the Ward Manager to lead the nursing team in providing high-quality care and support to adult women in a medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environment, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
As a Charge Nurse, you will empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward.
You will work alongside the senior Nurse and Ward Manager to co-ordinate the on-call service, manage the ward budgets and lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team, leading care teams and creating a positive learning environment that makes a difference and changes lives for the better.
