As we scale, we’re looking for Python Data Engineers to help design, build, and optimise the data infrastructure that powers our AI-driven platform.
The Role:
* Design and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI/ML models
* Build robust ETL/ELT workflows using Python
* Develop and manage data integrations from multiple structured and unstructured sources
* Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product teams
* Optimise data storage solutions for performance, security, and compliance
* Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory adherence (financial services experience a plus)
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong Python experience (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark or similar)
* Solid SQL knowledge and database optimisation skills
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.)
* Understanding of data warehousing concepts
* Experience in fintech, credit risk, or debt recovery
* Exposure to ML pipelines and model deployment
* Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
* Experience with real-time data processing
