Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in London. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analysing trends and metrics, managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to promote G3 Security Services.
Responsibility:
* Identifying new business opportunities, new clients, new partnerships.
* Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
* Meet potential client by growing, maintaining the network.
* Undertaking all stages of the selling process, from initial lead to the signing of contracts
* Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
* Be an outstanding ambassador for the organisation ensuring a high standard of service is always provided.
* Understand company's goal and vision and enhance performance.
What we are looking for
* Consultative selling experience - the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients, listening to their needs and tailoring the service to them.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
* Excellent business acumen.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Demonstrable sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
* Experience with similar industry is preferred but not mandatory.
