We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Finance Manager to join our award-winning team.
About the Role
The Commercial Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for reporting on the commercial performance of the care homes within your remit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare management accounts for the care homes across the Group, including full P&L statements for each care home, with supporting balance sheet reconciliations and variance investigations.
2. Present management accounts to the CFO for review.
3. Produce weekly reports for the Group, distributed to Directors and Senior Managers.
4. Complete VAT and CIS returns for the Avery Group as required.
5. Prepare annual budgets for the care homes, participating in budget-setting meetings with Regional Managers and Operations Directors.
6. Lead ad hoc projects, such as process improvements or performance investigations.
There are opportunities to get involved in other projects like the integration of new homes and financial modelling.
