Senior Product Manager (Content) - Innography
The Senior Product Manager (PM) for Content is responsible for evaluating and expanding our content coverage to become world-leading. This role ensures we deliver the highest set of signals and insights in Innography, Clarivate’s flagship patent analytics suite for IP strategists and patent portfolio decision-makers.
The PM will be part of the Innography product team within a larger Patent Intelligence, Search, and Analytics group, supporting corporations, law firms, and government patent offices in developing, protecting, and investing in intellectual property. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of Product Management, Innography, and lead a dedicated technology squad to maximize value for clients.
We seek candidates with experience in content management, data acquisition, and metadata enhancement for analytical platforms.
About You:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, library/information science, engineering, computer science, business, analytics, or law
* 7+ years in product management with increasing responsibility
* 5+ years in content acquisition, curation, or enhancement for data-driven B2B SaaS products involving databases or content repositories
* Experience with data quality frameworks, metadata management, and content integration
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Intellectual Property data, including patents, trademarks, or legal content
* Development/support of legal/IP software solutions
* Knowledge of patent classification systems, corporate databases, and IP data standards
* Experience with large language models and AI for content enhancement
* Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, PowerBI or similar tools
* Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and data APIs
Key Responsibilities:
* Elevate Innography's content coverage to be world-leading, delivering top signals and insights
* Expand patent metadata to include meta, event/longitudinal, and behavioral data for new analytics insights
* Drive content type coverage by integrating non-patent database content
* Enhance corporate and organizational entity databases
* Collaborate with other Product Managers to translate features into content requirements
* Work with IP content organization to streamline acquisition, curation, and load processes
* Lead strategic content initiatives, harmonizing content across the suite and IP portfolio

Hours of Work:
This full-time position is based in London, primarily working core hours with flexibility for global time zones. It is a hybrid role, working in the London office 2 days per week and remotely the rest of the week.
