Architectural Technician - Manchester - 6 Month Contract (Temp to perm)
An award leading architectural studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join on an initial 6 month contract basis. They offer flexible hybrid working (3 days per week in office), outside IR35 and immediate starts.
The role practice works on various sectors including residential, education, healthcare and industrial schemes. The role would focus on their residential and industrial projects initially on the delivery stages.
Responsibilities
* Completing working drawing packages in Revit
* Lead projects when necessary and work independently on the technical stages (3-5)
* Attend meetings and site when necessary to support projects
Requirements
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience
* Proficiency in Revit and good use of AutoCAD
* Mixed sector expertise (ideally residential and industrial works)
* Strong experience working on building regulations
