Job Description
You will be responsible for:
3. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programmes across the business
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning activities
5. Prepare training materials, joining instructions, and logistical arrangements (venues, virtual platforms, equipment)
6. Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation
7. Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and training portals
8. Respond to learner and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
9. Assist with reporting on training activity, completion rates, and programme effectiveness
10. Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have:
11. Previous experience in a training coordination, L&D, or similar administrative role
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
13. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
14. High attention to detail and strong record‑keeping abilities
15. Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms (desirable)
16. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
17. The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
18. Experience working in a professional services or regulated environment (desirable)
