An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Change Control Coordinator to join our client BD Medical in their MMS Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and administration of change orders and supporting services, including facilitating cross-functional alignment and communication. Location: Winnersh, UK - hybrid role Pay rate: £17.95 per hour Working hours: 09:00-16:30, 35 hours per week (30 min break unpaid daily) Hybrid role: Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday at home 12 month contract Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute change requirements for specific projects and sustaining activities, adhering to the Quality Management System. Align with internal and external business functions to complete change orders and implementation. This includes internal peer reviews, supplier technical reviews, and Quality & Regulatory file closures. Support subject matter experts on change orders for assigned projects. Define the strategy for change implementation to reduce scrap costs and limit avoidable line-stops. Communicate with finance and procurement on costs associated with change orders before implementation. Report the ongoing status of changes to stakeholders. Carry out "shared services" activities, such as SAP updates and data collation, to support the MMS Operations function. Help define and collate necessary documentation for technical files. Assist the Material Data Management team with the creation of new part numbers in SAP. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the change order process.Education and Experience UK Level 3 Qualifications (such as A-levels or T-levels) or significant experience in a similar role is required. Experience with stakeholder communication is essential. Advantageous experience includes knowledge of lean manufacturing and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) processes, SAP knowledge, experience in a highly regulated industry, and experience with change control and configuration management.Knowledge and Skills Results-orientated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High levels of personal accountability and integrity. Proven ability to plan, organise, and lead cross-functional teams. A flexible attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-focused individual with a 'can do' attitude. Ability to manage multiple complex priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
