Job Title: MIS Analyst Monday to Friday Location: Erdington, Birmingham Pay: £14,05 per hour Job Summary Pertemps is recruiting for one of our clients for an MIS analyst for a Logistics company to be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting operational data related to logistics activities such as inventory, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfilment. The role ensures accurate and timely management information to support decision‑making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement in logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on logistics KPIs Track and analyse: Order fulfilment & OTIF (On‑Time‑In‑Full Inventory accuracy, ageing, and stock movement Inbound and outbound shipments Transport costs and utilisation Maintain dashboards using Excel / BI tools for management review Operational Support Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and planning teams to collect real‑time operational data Monitor adherence to SLAs, turnaround time (TAT), and service levels Identify variances, root causes, and report exceptions Systems & Process Management Work on WMS (DLx, ProSku, AX) for data extraction and validation Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems Support system improvements, automation, and process opt...
