We’re seeking a Director of Network Architecture to define and execute a forward-thinking network strategy that ensures scalability, reliability, and security across a rapidly growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term network architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of network architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the design, deployment, and optimisation of network systems and services.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
* Innovation & Transformation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
* Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
* Compliance & Security: Ensure all network designs meet regulatory and security standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in scaling network architecture within high-growth environments.
* Strong leadership background with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Deep understanding of emerging technologies, sustainability, and efficiency standards.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in managing network integration during mergers and acquisitions.
* Strong grasp of data analytics, programming logic, and architectural documentation.
* International experience and significant vendor management expertise are highly desirable.
