Job Description
We're seeking a curious, creative, and commercially minded Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our Customer Journey Optimization team in Cardiff. This role involves leading experimentation across our Direct Protection journeys to improve customer outcomes and drive business impact. Ideal candidates are passionate about data, user experience, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining and executing CRO strategies for Direct Protection journeys
* Managing the full experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis to insights
* Leading A/B testing using Adobe Target and analyzing performance
* Collaborating with developers, analysts, marketers, and product teams
* Building and maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog
* Promoting a data-driven, customer-centric culture of experimentation
* Using data and research to identify friction points and opportunities
* Exploring innovative approaches including AI and machine learning
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* Proven experience in CRO with measurable results
* Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimizely)
* Understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and conversion best practices
* Familiarity with front-end technologies and content management systems
* Experience with customer research tools and usability testing (Qualtrics, UserZoom, Usabilla, Qualaroo)
* A proactive mindset and passion for digital innovation
