This is a key role within our waste management business, supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient running of the office. Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries General office administration and housekeeping Using the Sage accounting system for invoicing, bills, and expense processing (previous Sage experience preferred) Providing secretarial support, including answering telephone calls, handling correspondence, responding to emails, and reporting to management Tracking and reporting waste data; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Coordinating and delegating jobs to drivers Organising servicing and maintenance of equipment and motor vehicles, as well as managing insurance-related administration Previous experience in general office or administrative role is required along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
