Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the reporting on departmental day to day activity and financial and reputational performance.
* Manage the provision of operational support to both the network and directly to customers.
* Support the Operations Director by liaising with third party providers, managing supplier contracts, laising wit courier partner to negotiate contracts and provision of services, developing the departmental strategies and improving processes and performance.
* Support franchise network and help increase profitability through the implementation and management of new products and services.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
* Manage and optimise resources to achieve operational goals.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically Anti Money Laundering regulations, holding the post of Deputy Compliance Officer.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
* Oversee the recruitment of new team members with the support of the People Department.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the operations management team.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Deal with high level complaints from network escalating to the Operations Director, if necessary.
