What you'll need to succeed You'll need previous experience in a quality or technical role within food manufacturing, along with a solid understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards. Familiarity with BRCGS and retailer codes of practice is essential, as well as strong IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
