Job Title: Italian Helpdesk
Summary:
We are seeking a Group Service Desk Analyst for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Microsoft, Mac, and mobile troubleshooting, who can communicate effectively in Italian.
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft, Mac, and mobile devices.
2. Assist users in resolving IT service desk queries efficiently.
3. Utilise voice bot and chatbot technologies to enhance user experience.
Essential Skills
4. Proficiency in Italian language.
5. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT service desk role.
6. Strong understanding of Microsoft, Mac, and mobile troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
7. 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
