Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and inspire a motivated sales team.
* Encourage team members to love the job they do.
* Deliver first‑class customer experiences and personal interactions.
* Follow processes and procedures and oversee performance reviews and management.
* Drive targets, work towards sales growth, and deliver results.
* Manage compliance with Health & Safety, cash management, security, stock management, FCA standards and refunds/discounts.
Experience & Skills
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment (Retail or otherwise).
* Experience in leading and developing teams.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Adaptability and ability to change with business needs.
* Familiarity with systems, processes and key compliance requirements.
