You will support project teams by organising, tracking, and distributing documents efficiently across all phases of construction.Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and control the flow of documents for construction projects.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
* Maintain document logs and registers using document control systems.
* Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
* Assist in audits and quality assurance processes.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure document control procedures are followed.
You will need:
* Proven experience in a document control role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar).
