What's in it for you: Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience) Full-time, permanent position - office based Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Company pension scheme Career progression and development opportunities Supportive, friendly team culture Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Legal Assistant: Assisting solicitors and fee earners with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks Drafting legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, probate forms, and court applications Preparing correspondence, statements, and letters of advice Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in legislation Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties Supporting the team with client meetings Organising and maintaining legal files and case documentation Handling confidential client information with professionalism and discretion General administrative duties including managing new enquiries and supporting casework About You: Degree educated with a 2:1 or above (law or non-law) Some experience in a paralegal or legal support role preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and highly organised Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure Passionate about helping clients and delivering excellent service Refer a friend and receive a retail voucher of your choice, valued up to £500.
