We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality, eco-friendly products while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure production lines and processes operate efficiently and effectively
*
Collaborate with supervisors, quality teams, health and safety, engineering, and logistics to achieve production goals
*
Manage a shift/team to meet the production plan without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency
*
Allocate resources effectively to meet customer requirements within expected timelines
*
Anticipate future demands and drive team readiness for new challenges
*
Strive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
*
Complete key people processes, including performance reviews, investigations, and disciplinaries
*
Manage team workload and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
*
Analyze production data for insights and improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
*
At least 3 years of experience in a management role
*
Minimum 3 years working within a manufacturing environment
*
Desire to progress and grow with a rapidly expanding business
*
Decisive with excellent problem-solving abilities
*
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels
*
Proven leadership and influencing skills
*
Proficient in IT and data management
