Job Responsibilities As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to: Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment No experience required - Your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
