Overview
As the Brand Alignment Coordinator, you are the central guardian of our company's visual identity and brand consistency. You will be the mastermind behind all physical and customer‑facing touchpoints, ensuring our branding remains strong, accurate, and on‑message. From overhauling depot point‑of‑sale displays to managing physical print runs and exhibition materials, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day brand alignment of the business, driven by strategic and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage a phased roadmap to bring all depots up to speed with current branding over the next year, conducting regular visual audits and managing budgetary planning to ensure every location consistently delivers maximum "wow factor" across the network.
* Oversee the regular updates and publishing of master and sub‑range catalogues, ensuring absolute accuracy in product specifications and pricing, while streamlining print runs to reduce excess inventory and waste.
* Take ownership of product specification sheets, systematically updating existing documents to align perfectly with corporate templates and ensuring all new ranges have fully developed sheets ready at launch.
* Lead demographic marketing efforts, defining and segmenting core audiences (e.g., local landscape gardeners, building contractors, and DIY homeowners) to ensure tailored messaging lands with the right people at the right time, tracked by clear engagement metrics.
* Develop highly targeted seasonal promotional campaigns (e.g., spring/summer garden preparation, winter storm damage repairs) designed to capture seasonal demand and boost category sales.
* Implement targeted local marketing plans tailored to key depot delivery areas, focusing on dominating local search visibility and building strong regional brand awareness.
* Refine print and digital catalogue distribution strategies, ensuring physical copies reach active buyers efficiently while actively driving growth in digital catalogue downloads and engagement.
* Monitor and report on the success of strategic marketing segments, tracking overarching performance indicators such as ROAS, organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and lead quality, and present regular, insightful updates to the management team.
Qualifications
* 2‑4 years of experience in brand coordination, trade marketing, offline/print marketing, or a multi‑site retail/depot marketing role.
* Experience in building materials, landscaping, construction, or DIY retail sectors is advantageous.
* Strong eye for visual design and a strict attention to detail to enforce brand guidelines across physical and digital assets.
* Proven experience defining and targeting demographic segments (B2B and B2C) and tracking marketing metrics.
* Ability to monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators such as ROAS, conversion rates, organic traffic, and lead quality.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a phased, year‑long roadmap across multiple physical locations while meeting tight deadlines.
* Ability to link marketing activities (such as seasonal promotions or localised catchment marketing) to direct sales growth and budgetary efficiency.
* Exceptional proofreading and data‑checking skills to ensure product specifications and pricing are 100% accurate in all published materials.
