Contract Harvest Supervisor Contract Harvest Supervisor – Salads (FTC 6–8 Months)- Warwickshire / Leicestershire - March 2026 Start Accommodation Vehicle The Job: A leading fresh produce business is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Harvest Supervisor on a fixed term contract of 6–8 months, starting in March 2026, to oversee harvest operations during the peak season. This is a key seasonal role focused on workflow management, planning and people supervision, ensuring harvest activities are delivered efficiently, safely and to the required quality standards. You will be required to work across both sites in Warwickshire and Leicester. Accommodation is available at the Warwick site and a company vehicle will be provided. Key responsibilities: - Planning and coordinating daily and weekly harvest schedules - Managing harvest workflow to meet production and delivery targets - Supervising harvest teams and seasonal workers on a day-to-day basis - Allocating labour efficiently and adapting plans to weather and crop conditions - Implementing agreed processes and procedures across harvest operations - Overseeing quality checks, monitoring standards, and compliance - Ensuring health & safety and food safety requirements are followed - Liaising with management and wider operational teams The Candidate: - Previous experience supervising harvest or fresh produce operations (salads desirable) - Strong planning and organisational skills - Confident managing seasonal teams in a fast paced environment - Practical, hands on approach with good attention to detail - Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working extended hours during peak periods The Package: - Fixed term contract (6–8 months) from March 2026 - Competitive seasonal rate / salary dependent on experience - Well structured role within a professional and supportive team Please email your CV to Grace Hartwell, Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant, GHartwell@agriRS.co.uk.
