You will work closely with students, parents/carers, curriculum staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored support strategies. 4. Collaborating with curriculum staff and support services to ensure inclusive teaching and assessment strategies are embedded.
5. Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on students’ progress and support impact through accurate record-keeping and quality data.
6. Supporting transition and assessment processes for new and existing students with support needs.
7. Contributing to quality improvement processes and sharing best practices to promote inclusive learning across the College.

Why Apply?
