Job Summary
Oxygen Management Ltd is an Oxford-based property development and management company delivering high-quality residential refurbishments, extensions and large-scale HMO conversions.
We are seeking a Senior Builder / Working Foreman to take a key, hands-on leadership role across projects in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the South West.
This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced builder who can lead from the front, maintain high standards and help deliver projects professionally and efficiently.
Current Projects Include:
* 17-bed en-suite HMO conversion (Bridgwater)
* HMO refurbishments and upgrades (Cheltenham)
* Residential extensions and conversions (Oxford)
Pay & Benefits
* £200–£220 per day (depending on experience and leadership ability)
* Self-employed / CIS subcontract basis
* Paid monthly

* Consistent pipeline of work
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
Occasional weekend work may be required depending on programme deadlines.
Role Responsibilities
* Carry out hands-on building works
* Oversee and coordinate subcontract trades
* Manage day-to-day site operations
* Maintain quality control and site standards
* Assist with programme sequencing
* Report progress directly to management
* Ensure sites remain clean, safe and professionally presented
* Support ongoing repairs and maintenance across the property portfolio
You will act as the senior presence on site and take ownership of delivery standards.
Essential Requirements
* Strong experience in residential refurbishments / extensions / HMO projects
* Experience overseeing trades and managing workflow
* Ability to read drawings and follow programme schedules
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel between OX / GL / TA
* Right to work in the UK
* Reliable and punctual
