What you’ll do * Lead national analysis to uncover trends and root causes that drive performance. * Create forecasting and predictive models to spot risks and opportunities early. * Turn complex data into clear insight that influences senior decision-makers. * Build processes that share learning and best practice across regions. * Act as the operational voice, linking commercial drivers to real-world impact. You have * A degree in Business, Finance, Maths or equivalent experience in data analysis. * Experience in data visualisation, mining and deep-dive analysis for insight. * Advanced Excel skills with VBA/Macros and tools like Power BI and SQL. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions. * A self-starter mindset with excellent prioritisation and communication skills. The practical bits * You’ll manage your own diary. * Our team is North East based with our office in central Newcastle. We're flexible to you being elsewhere working from home and/or another Home Group office, if you're happy to travel to meet us in the north east once in a while. * We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our central Newcastle office, (or another local office if you’re not in the North East!) with the rest from home.
