Bridge2Future Care Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Residential Care Practitioner to join our specialist learning disability children's residential home.

About the Role
* Rotational shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, across a 7-day working week
* Overnight sleep-ins required
* Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
* Act as a positive role model and help young people achieve their potential
* Complete reports and documentation, including care plans and risk assessments
What We're Looking For
* Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (or willingness to work towards)
* Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Ability to work shifts and overnight sleep-ins
* Must be 21+ (children's home regulations)
* DBS check required
