We are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery business based in Grantham to recruit an experienced Workshop Production Manager. This is a key leadership role within a quality-driven workshop, ideal for a joinery professional who enjoys combining hands-on expertise with team leadership. Package & Working Hours Monday to Friday 8-4.30 Two 30-minute breaks taken with the joinery team 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Company pension scheme On-site parking A salary of between £36,000 and £40,000 CNC experience would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected bespoke joinery business re a pivotal management role, offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to lead high-quality, custom projects from workshop to completion. The Role Reporting into senior management, the Workshop Production Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the joinery workshop. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee production while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship but also there would be an expectation to set those standards by being hands on. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily workshop operations and manage production schedules Plan, coordinate, and supervise joinery activities to meet production deadlines and quality standards Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of skilled joiners Liaise with senior management, project coordination, designers, and clients as required Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately Implement quality control measures throughout the fabrication process Manage materials, tools, and workshop resources Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment About You You will be an experienced joiner with proven workshop leadership capability and a strong understanding of bespoke production environments.
