What does a successful DevOps Engineer - Corporate Systems Technology do? You'll help ensure that our call centre platforms are reliable, scalable, and efficient, aligning perfectly with our mission to meet customers wherever they are by harnessing the power of innovative technology solutions. What you will do: Design CI/CD pipelines that ensure seamless and efficient deployment of our call centre applications and services. Automate deployment and configurations of call centre platforms including telephony systems and CRM integrations. Monitor and analyse system performance, availability, and security in both production and staging environments. Collaborate with software developers, infrastructure teams, and call centre managers to optimize operations. Develop and maintain scripts and tools that automate routine tasks and bolster operational efficiency. Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. What you will need to have: Experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI. Proficiency in a programming/scripting language like Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript. Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Familiarity with call centre technologies including Genesys, Avaya, Alvaria, Twilio, and Five9. Strong networking, security, and system administration knowledge. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack. What would be great to have: Certifications in DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working in high-availability environments with 24/7 support requirements.
