The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call-Out Engineer to join a growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, repairs, and emergency call-outs across a varied portfolio of lift equipment. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on a range of lift systems. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to ensure equipment is returned to service safely and efficiently. Respond to emergency breakdowns and customer call-outs. Complete all service documentation accurately and on time. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current safety regulations and company procedures. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery. Participate in a 1-in-5 call-out rota.
