This Top 50 law firm is looking to grow its residential property team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. Acting on all types of residential property transactions, the appointed solicitor will be expected to advise on the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion on behalf of a diverse client base. Acting for high‑net‑worth individuals, the role will encompass advising on sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold and high‑value properties, and supporting other team members on a variety of matters.
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 years of experience dealing with the broad spectrum of residential property, including complex and high‑end matters. You will be responsible for building and developing the residential property offering in the Norwich market. With a strong track record in the full conveyancing cycle, you will join an established and highly successful team where you will see your career flourish.
