Working hours Monday to Friday, 09 00, with flexibility for appointments
Duties as a Business Development Manager:
Manage existing large fleet accounts with over 30 vehicles, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
Develop new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships across Kent and the South of England
Present and promote a diverse portfolio of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) to prospective clients
Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet ambitious sales targets
Provide bespoke fleet solutions tailored to customer needs to grow market share
Conduct market outreach, including door-knocking, to generate new leads and retain clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in vehicle fleet sales and business development within the motor trade industry
Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills
Deep understanding of the LCV and fleet market
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently across a regional territory
Full UK driving licence is essential
Strong record of managing large fleet accounts and driving new business growth
