If you’ve got a background in direct mail and campaign management, know your way around print production, and enjoy building strong client relationships, this could be the perfect fit!
You'll manage multiple client accounts and direct marketing campaigns from brief to delivery, working closely with suppliers, creatives, and your team to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also spot opportunities for upselling, support new business pitches, and help keep clients ahead with smart insights and thoughtful strategy.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
* Managing multiple client accounts and direct marketing campaigns - you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and represent the agency with confidence
* Overseeing campaigns from briefing to final delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget
* Spotting opportunities to offer additional support or services where they’d add value
* Working with external suppliers — including briefing print jobs and managing production timelines
* Preparing and presenting insights that help their clients stay ahead of the game
* Supporting new business opportunities — including creating quotes and joining client presentations
* Producing reports and analysis to help guide marketing strategies and find ways to improve or save costs
* Suggesting alternative creative or production routes that fit the client’s needs
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers - adapting your approach where needed
* Keeping an eye out for any potential project hiccups and solving problems before they escalate
* Working closely with the internal team to deliver great results
* Line managing team members and supporting their growth
* Taking part in our appraisal and development process and contributing to a positive team culture
* Jumping in to support other tasks or projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
* A relevant degree — or equivalent experience
* Strong working knowledge of print and production
* At least 5 years of experience in the industry
* Background in direct marketing, campaign and project management
* Confident delivering campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery
* Comfortable interpreting client and production briefs and planning accordingly
* Excellent client service skills with a proven track record
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build great working relationships
* Experience managing and developing people
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Able to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and juggle tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
* Self-motivated and proactive — you’re happy asking questions and suggesting solutions
* Organised and confident managing your own workload (and supporting others with theirs)
