You’ll work on diverse projects across Scotland and the UK, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing, and property finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial property transactions, ensuring smooth acquisitions and sales
Provide guidance on development projects, from planning to sale
Advise on commercial leasing and asset management
Structure and negotiate property finance deals
Ideal Candidate:
1-6 years' PQE in commercial property law
Strong client focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Eager to learn and grow with continuous professional development
