About You
What qualities does an Aqua Instructor need to join Virgin Active?
* You possess at least an NVQ Level 2 in Fitness or Aqua and hold an Aqua instructor qualification.
* You can coach and motivate members effectively in your Aqua classes.
* You meet targets related to class occupancy and instructor ratings from members.
* You ensure members' safety at all times and hold public liability insurance of at least £2 million.
* You communicate regularly with the club team and stay updated on class policies and instructor procedures.
* You love working with people and can foster a community where group fitness class participants become enthusiastic fans of Virgin Active.
* You welcome constructive feedback from staff and seek continuous improvement to inspire and motivate while having fun and maintaining professionalism.
* While teaching at Virgin Active, you will support your team, be authentic, work diligently, and dream big.
