About you
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (final stage students may be considered)
* Recently trained in practice or industry
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and month‑end processes
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Effective written and verbal communication abilities
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
What you'll do
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
* Assist with audits, liaising with auditors to ensure compliance
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
* Contribute to process improvements within the finance team
* Provide financial support and advice to other departments
* Assist with compliance related to sales tax and tax regulations
* Support statutory filings and audits
* Help with grant funding applications and interdepartmental financial relationships
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust financial controls and procedures
