NMP Nurse or Pharmacist Prescriber - Horizons (Bristol)

Job Summary
Locations: Central Hub Brunswick Square, North Greenway Community Centre, South Symes Community Centre. Clinical staff will be assigned to one of the hubs but expected to work across all Bristol premises as required.
As a Non‑Medical Prescriber Nurse (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber you’ll help people experiencing drug and alcohol difficulties, developing flexible individual support packages and prescribing for substance use treatment. Your role will cover Bristol‑wide clinical interventions and will be supported with structured learning and career pathways.
Responsibilities
* Prescribe for substance use treatment.
* Deliver additional clinical interventions and support clients to develop realistic recovery plans.
* Work across multiple Bristol hubs and settings.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and structured learning pathways.
Qualifications
* Registered Non‑Medical Prescriber Nurse (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber.
* Excellent communication skills and empathy, with ability to create tailored support packages.
* Experience working with diverse populations in substance use or related services (preferred).

Salary & Contract
