What You'll Do:
* Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with precision and expertise
* Perform routine maintenance and service to ensure optimal system performance
* Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and effectively
* Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions and system care
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in HVAC residential service
* EPA certification
* Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and commitment to excellent workmanship
* A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
