As a qualified Family Activity Supervisor, you will lead your team to deliver the children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm whilst encouraging the maximum participation of the children.
Responsibilities
* Lead your team to deliver the children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm, encouraging the maximum participation of the children.
* Deliver the club’s children’s activity programmes including the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and Children’s parties.
Qualifications
* Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
* Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer service.
* Ensuring that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children’s Safety Guide at all times.
* Excellent communication and interaction skills.
* Commitment to fostering a thriving and inclusive culture.
