Office Administrator - Lanes role at Lanes Group
Location: Rainham | Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | Salary: up to £24,000 p.a.
The Lanes Group is the UK’s largest independent provider of water and wastewater solutions and services, delivering essential support for the nation’s water systems.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Rainham Depot, working as part of a team to support the Depot Manager in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
* Customer liaison – updates and enquiries
* Updating in-house systems including customer reports, invoicing, timesheets, taking payments over the phone, raising purchase orders via in-house systems, and handling telephone and email enquiries
* Other ad hoc general admin duties
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in a busy office environment (minimum 12 months)
* Previous data entry experience
* Background in customer service
* Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word)
* Ability to learn new in-house IT systems
