What You’ll Do:
* Lead small group sessions and whole-class teaching when needed.
* Support the teacher in delivering, and assessing lessons.
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
* Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist in monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant with HLTA status.
* Confidence in managing classroom activities and leading learning.
* A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils and staff alike.
