Overview
A hybrid role with some time each week at our head office in central Lancashire. You will work with 3-5 key clients to develop and run their online campaigns as part of a tight-knit team of 12 digital experts. As a senior member of the digital marketing campaigns team, you may facilitate workshops with clients, advise on website performance, contribute to new contract pitches, and support retainer growth. You will help clients build their digital strategies and then execute hands-on campaigns to deliver results.
About your clients
They are typically in B2B sectors, such as service (e.g. financial services, property, legal) or manufacturing. Generally, we work closely with a marketing contact or team in-house. Clients hire Bespoke for better results and outcomes from their digital marketing and website. We build close, long-term relationships with clients, with many staying with us for years.

Useful tools include Hotjar, Ahrefs, Unbounce, Google Analytics, and Hubspot. Training is signposted for new staff, and some skills can be learned before joining while others can be acquired during onboarding.

£35k—£50k is a typical range for this type of role, but applications above or below are welcome. We\'re most interested in the right personality to own this role for several years. We will also map salary progression with you in your 3-year plan when you join.
